With 35 years of establishment and development, Xuan Mai Corp - XMC makes continuous effort to research on, invest in and apply new technologies in the field of construction of civil housing and industrial works. Up to now, Xuan Mai Corp - XMC has affirmed that it is one of the leading companies in the fields of real estate investment and functioning as General Contractor for projects in the whole country.

Inheriting the capacities in terms of material facilities and the contingent of engineers and staff on the basis of great financial potential, XUAN MAI MECHA., JSC has become a professional company in the fields of equipment supply and installation of electromechanical systems for industrial and civil works.

History

Xuan Mai Mechanical Electrical Joint Stock Company (XME) is one of the member units of Xuan Mai Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (XMC). In December 2013, XME was established to realize the direction of the Board of Directors on the construction of an electromechanical division capable of operating independently, professionally and gathering skilled staff - Through this, contributing to improving the position of the parent company in the field of investment in real estate field.

"Xuan Mai Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Xuan Mai large concrete factory. Over 35 years of establish and growth, through changes, up and down over time, the company has grown comprehensively, increasingly asserting its capacity, prestige and position in the construction field".

As a newly established unit, but XME with a lot of experience in the construction of projects entrusted by the parent company (XMC) and strategic partners, XME employees have successfully completed the tasks delivered. The typical projects of XME implemented such as: Xuan Mai Tower To Hieu Street, 283 Khuong Trung Building, VOV Building, HH2 Duong Noi New Urban Area, Xuan Mai Riverside, etc. With the team experienced and intensive engineers and skilled workers who have completed the installation of M&E system on schedule and in good quality have partly confirmed Xuan Mai M&E capacity in the vibrant M&E field.

On the momentum of development, XME continued to win the bid and was assigned to execute many large projects such as: Iris Garden, Eco - Lake View, Eco Dream, 11T2 Xuan Mai,ect. With the strategic vision, XME is gradually expanding the scope of supplies, raising the relationship with partners and strategic partners..., the goal towards XME's brand is associated with the hight quality, progress and efficiency of the owner.
